Steve King, Partner
With over two decades of experience in real estate valuation and appraisal management, Steve is a recognized leader in the industry. As a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of KB Valuations, LLC, he brings a wealth of expertise in property appraisal, forensic review, and quality control.
Steve’s career also includes serving as Director of Appraisal Review for a national AMC, where he specialized in appraisal review, quality control, and residential and commercial appraisal services. Additionally, he held the position of Chief Appraiser for a leading national wholesale and retail mortgage lender.
Beyond leadership roles, Steve has been a hands-on appraisal professional, owning and operating his own fee appraisal business for over a decade. His experience spans conventional, FHA, VA, and relocation appraisals. He also holds a strong background in real estate sales, achieving million-dollar producer status as a licensed real estate agent.
With a deep commitment to quality, service, and industry excellence, Steve continues to drive innovation and best practices in the appraisal field.
Ryan King, Partner
Ryan is a third-generation real estate appraiser. His grandfather was an SRA-designated appraiser in Columbus, GA, for almost five decades. Ryan's father has been a real estate appraiser for three decades and is a co-founder of KB Valuations.
Ryan began his journey as an appraiser after moving to Tampa in 2018 and is currently in his first decade of real estate appraising. He is an SRA-designated appraiser with the Appraisal Institute and is among the youngest SRA-designated appraisers in the country.
With a high level of appraisal education and an extensive range of complex appraisal experience, Ryan is the right appraiser to trust for an accurate valuation of your residential property.
